Randy is a lifelong resident of Indiana. Growing up, Randy was heavily involved in farming and landscaping. Upon attending Purdue University, Randy started a landscaping company to help pay for school. Running this very successful business for several years even while in school he was able to sell it and start his own wireless company, Extreme Wireless Plus. Extreme Wireless Plus today sales and services customers with Dish Network. With the success of Extreme Wireless Plus, Randy was picked up by Verizon Wireless. His ability to work with clients, staff, and see the big picture of how team work and treating individual customers like family would make Randy a highly successful store manager for Verizon Wireless for nearly seven years.
Coming back to his roots of entrepreneurship, Randy grew his Dish Network business, became a licensed real estate agent with Indiana Real Estate Alliance, and started R. Myers Insurance.
When asked, "Randy, why do you do so many different things?" Randy's response is; "I feel I can help people invest in one of their most important assets, a home, and then protect it or all the other things in their lives. There isn't a better feeling than owning a home. I know I can help with that. I also know sometimes, especially in this economy, things happen. When those bad things happen, I can help a struggling family with their home should it need sold quickly. On the same note, bad things happen...I can help make sure someone is there with the money to re-build a home when it catches fire, and provide the funds to keep the home in the event the bread winner dies. These good and bad reasons are what makes me want to do real estate and insurance, so I can help people."
